RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We are happy to exchange unworn shoes within 14 days of purchase if you are located within Hong Kong.  We offer exchanges if you are located outside Hong Kong, item return must be unworn with no damage and in sellable condition.  Please contact customer service info@odelicate.com before returning any item.  Buyer will be responsible for any return shipping cost and custom duties.     

 

Due to bespoke nature product is ineligible for returns & exchanges.
